1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website Stream4Cash.com (the “Platform”), operated by MediaGuys OÜ, a company registered in Estonia with VAT number EE102977345 and registered address at Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia (“we”, “us”, or “MediaGuys”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. What We Are (and What We Are Not)

Stream4Cash is a matchmaking platform that connects content creators (streamers and adult models) with casinos and betting operators.

• We are not a casino, gambling operator, or financial institution.

• We do not provide gambling services.

• We do not process bets, hold funds, or manage any gambling activity.

• We are not a party to any agreement made between creators and operators.

Our role is limited to providing a platform where creators and operators can find each other and negotiate deals.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

5. How Deals Work

All agreements, commissions, payments, and terms are made directly between you (the creator) and the casino/operator.

MediaGuys OÜ is not responsible for any aspect of these deals, including payment, compliance with laws, dispute resolution, or performance by either party.

We do not guarantee that any offers will be made or that any deal will be successful.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal gambling in any jurisdiction.

• Misrepresent your audience size, content type, or any other information.

• Spam, harass, or send unsolicited offers.

• Attempt to circumvent the Platform or contact users outside the Platform for the purpose of avoiding fees (if any).

7. Fees and Payments

We may charge a platform fee or commission on successful deals. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you accept an offer. You are solely responsible for paying any taxes on income you earn through deals made via the Platform.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.

To the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law, MediaGuys OÜ disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from:

• Any deal between creators and operators

• Non-payment or breach of contract by any party

• Technical issues, downtime, or errors on the Platform

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new version on the Platform.
